This downloadable PDF has 16 pages of different stereo activities to help improve stereo vision and fusion. They are designed to be used with red/green or red/blue glasses with red on the right side.
I have strabismus and designed them in a way that helped me to visualize and see the space between the screen and the illusions that are created when wearing the glasses. I have found them extremely helpful and I think you will too!
I have specific directions and tips that I have learned from my own therapy and from books and studies about strabismus and used them in the creation of this PDF.
These are designed for anyone who is in vision therapy, but you should check with your optometrist before using them. They can cause nausea and headaches. Doing these types of exercises without the supervision of a professional can also lead to double vision.
